Refund policy

✧ Q: What is your return policy?

A: Returns and refunds are accepted under specific conditions:


- The item(s) have not been used and are in their original packaging.


- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. All shipping fees are non-refundable.


- You, the buyer, will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the returned item(s).


- We do not issue refunds for incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the buyer.


✧ Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
A: Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and correct shipping address at itsskimmilk@gmail.com.

  • Please note that if you have already received your shipping confirmation, and your order has been shipped, it is out of our hands. If you require a change of address once an order has shipped, you will be responsible for any carrier fees for change of address.

 

✧ Q: Can I change my order that I've already placed?
A: Unfortunately, once an order is placed it cannot be changed, however, we can cancel your order if it has not been shipped. Please contact us immediately with your order number at itsskimmilk@gmail.com to cancel an order.


✧ Q: Can I still add another item to my existing order to avoid paying for double shipping?
A: If your first order has not been shipped, simply make a second order online, and contact us immediately with your order numbers at itsskimmilk@gmail.com to request that we combine the orders and refund the shipping cost
